Are You Eligible to Teach in the UAE?
In order to be eligible to teach with the UAE school programs, you need:
Teaching Credential/License (issued by state) - preferably matching grade level and subject area
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of teaching experience

Don't have a teaching license?
If you have a Bachelors degree and 3 years of teaching experience in a vocational subject (such as electrical engineering or nursing), you could teach with the UAE Institute.

Our Recruiter's Tips
Be prepared to physically attend interview sessions for UAE teaching positions! In order to secure a teaching position with Abu Dhabi Public Schools and UAE Government schools, you will need to attend interview sessions, which hosted a few times a year in major cities across the US and Europe. If you are unable to attend interview sessions, we recommend you apply for other programs where interviews are conducted through phone or Skype.

Different UAE programs will have different benefits for dependents, so this is something to keep in mind if you're looking to move with your spouse or children. Some programs will offer airfare for your dependents, and some will allow them to live with you in the housing provided. Check the "Job Benefits" section of each job posting carefully to make sure you know what is included!
